Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, all our monthly memberships are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time with a 15-day notice before your next billing cycle.
Do classes roll over to the next month?
Classes in the Foundation and Balanced plans must be used within the billing month and do not roll over. However, you can always upgrade your plan if you find you need more sessions.
What should I bring to my first class?
We provide premium mats and props for all students. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and wearing comfortable, breathable attire. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
Are the classes suitable for absolute beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our practitioners started their journey right here. Our "Foundation Flow" and "Zen Connection" classes are specifically curated to guide beginners with extra care and anatomical precision.
How do I book a private 1-on-1 session?
Private sessions can be booked directly through our digital portal or at the studio front desk. If you are an Unlimited member, your monthly private session can be scheduled at any time with your preferred guide.
Do you offer trial classes for new students?
Absolutely! We offer a one-week "Introduction to Aura" pass for just $25, which includes 3 classes of your choice.
